EbM Elite Box Mods Love & Hate relationship with iron wood..

We all have our favorite mod and we baby them as much as we can but sometimes things just happen. Today it happened to me... One of my favorite mod have a small crack  by the button. It didn't affect the overall performance of it.. It works fine.. However, I'm just disappointed that I didn't have control of what just happened. This is my hate when it comes to wooden box mods but at same time, it is also part of my love for it. I like having something unique to its own and can't be replicated by anyone or anything. The best way to describe my feeling towards my mod is like wearing my old comfy shirt. Its not great looking, it doesn't look my best, and yet it always finds its way back in the closet. A friend told me, it's just part of having its own character.. Just enjoy it!!

Well, I don't think I can let nature take its course without me fighting it.. lol

Here's my fix...

Mandala by EbM Elite Box Mods

Mandala means "circle" in Sanskrit. It can be found across culture and in nature. They connect us to the world around us and to ourselves.

Having said that.. we believe that the Mandala Box connects our designs together and we would use it as a platform for our future CNC mechanical and regulated mods.

We started designing the Mandala box since October of last year. This is our first design using CNC machines and we encountered a few learning curves in building a solid brass block box mod.

Here's our initial layout and our first prototype (not the production box).

This is the production box 3D layout.

EbM Elite Box Mods R & D

We have been looking for different ways to improve our products and changing switches to fit our designs. Here's a sample of things that are in works.

Top button switch design. (This will help the overall size of our box)

If we decide to eliminate the use of springs on our box mods. We can use this battery telepin.

EbM Elite Box Mods design Mini 01

Mini EbMs started as a request from our customers that doesn't need the strength, longevity of a dual 18650, and size of the wooden box itself. Basically, we were asked to make smaller boxes derived from our 18650 designs. Well folks, here it is, Mini EbM 01 dual 18350 mimics EbM 03 design.

EbM Box Mods - New project...

Our creative juice is flowing again.. That means we are going to offer new designs or a totally new line of mods. That being said, we will offer something different than our classic EbM's.

Pictures below shows some of the items we are thinking of using such as; different wood, magnetic switch, and different internals.

Whatever we come up with, it will be definitely exciting for us and for our followers. We will keep you all posted on the upcoming EbM Flash Slide edition.

EbM Elite Box Mods Warranty & Maintenance Guidline

EBM Box Mods

All Elite Box Mods comes with a 30 day warranty from date of purchase and must provide original receipt of transaction from a valid retail store.

*** Warranties are voided if you do not follow the routine maintenance and guideline below. ***

Routine maintenance for your Elite Box Mods.

* Use wood polishing oil or wax from a hardware store such as renaissance wax, lemon oil, and orange oil then put a small amount on a Microfiber cloth then wipe your MOD clean (do not soak it with lemon or orange oil just wipe it clean... Do this at least once a month or as needed to avoid small hair line wood cracks)

* Do not let the wood get soaked in any liquid (including E-Juice)

* Do not leave it in direct sunlight or snow (always keep in room temperature 24/7 to avoid any wood movement or cracking)

* When attaching your atomizer carefully adjust the pin and avoid forcing it down. Once you force the pin down without proper adjustment it will stay down moving forward.

* Do not disassemble any parts including the button for it will void your warranty.
(when you feel that button is a little loose press it down and turn clockwise otherwise leave it alone)

Note:
Please store all EbM Elite Box Mods in a temperature controlled environment. Even though the boxes are varnished they are still susceptible to wood movement and cracking if not followed.

Guideline:

All wooden EBM box mods will be unique and no two boxes will be identical. Because it’s made of wood, there may be some imperfections.

Resistance limit : These are unregulated mechanical boxes. The recommended resistance for your atomizer is 0.20 Ohm and above.

Always use batteries in pairs - same brand, mAh, and amp limit

These are high-end iron wood “kamagong” box mods that are also a powerful device maximizing voltage to the atomizer. Due care and attention must be followed when using this device. This is for experienced vapers who understand the dangers of mechanical vape.
