EbM 650 Elite Box Mods prototype

EbM 's goal is to have a wooden box mod for all types of batteries. We started making dual 18650 box mods then we followed through with 18350 series. Needless to say it's time for 26650's... The tricky part of this design process is to make it easy to use and not ungodly bulky.  I'm sure we all have seen 26650 mod that is outrageously bigger than most mods we all have seen. The designed was tackled by having a twist lock 510 connector that will alleviate the need of having an oversized door opening. This means that the battery is top loading. Once the 510 is removed, slide the battery inside the brass tube installed into the ironwood box.  This design doesn't just solve one issue. It also solves another concern regarding wood movement. Having a brass tube inside the ironwood helps maintain the diameter of battery entry. Although, we still have some tweaks to do, the overall look and design is something we are proud off.
